What IELTSist provides

IELTSist is a practice and study tool. It is not an official IELTS test, score report, test centre or a substitute for advice from a qualified teacher. AI feedback is study guidance and may be incomplete or inaccurate; it is not an official band decision.

Your account

One IELTSist ID can sign you in to IELTSist and STEM Campus. The products keep their learning records in their own product and course boundaries: IELTS drafts, scores, Coach chats and notebook entries do not automatically become STEM classroom data, and STEM attempts and marking do not automatically appear in IELTSist.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity performed through your account.

Membership and redemption codes

This deployment does not offer online checkout. Pro access is activated after sign-in with a valid redemption code. No card is charged here, no automatic renewal is enabled, and there is no recurring in-app subscription to cancel. Refund questions must be directed to the original redemption-code issuer.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for personal learning or authorised classroom study.
• Do not share accounts, scrape the service, bypass limits, or attempt to access another learner's data.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, confidential or third-party material without permission.
• Do not redistribute question content, audio, images, answers or reports outside the rights you hold.

Availability and changes

Features may be unavailable while a provider, import, device capability or source record is unavailable. IELTSist may change or remove a feature to protect students, source material or service reliability. Where a task cannot be scored or processed, the app should show that state rather than invent a result.
